This is a picture of my new house, obviously still under construction, but close to completion. The entire building is only a bit over 400 square feet. It’s small but the idea of simplifying is very appealing. I do have to say that the architect, Ross Chapin designs a lot of usability into small spaces. In Port Townsend speak, it’s a very upscale “shed boy” home.
