City governments typically get blamed for all sorts of evils. In the case of building the Park and Ride almost a decade ago, the Port Townsend City Council showed remarkably good judgement. As the city grows and we get ever more festivals that clog our Downtown streets, the Park and Ride is turning into a valuable resource.
