On Moonlight Bay

A moored sailboat on Port Townsend Bay under the full moon.
I was listening to a jazz station a couple of days ago. I think it was KPLU, although it might have been one of the other jazz stations I stream. The song On Moonlight Bay, sung by Doris Day, got played. I don’t particularly like it. That doesn’t matter. “I was sailing along on Moonlight Bay,” is on a repeat loop running through my head.

Well, the song wasn’t that much, but what a great title for a terrific capture! Marvelous reflections! Very mysterious looking! I love it! Have a great weekend!

Doris Day singing Moonlight Bay is OK if the mood is right. Looking at a sailboat on a moonlit bay would do it. Kidding aside, that is a lovely peaceful scene.

What a beautiful image! I like the way the moon’s reflection cuts right through the photo. Great tones as well.
Port Townsend weather sounds wonderful. I don’t like it hotter than the mid 70′s and I prefer the low 60′s. :)
