Moored in the Fog

On the water
It’s been a pretty foggy summer, at least the mornings have been. One of the side effects of fog is to give scenes like this a great sense of distance. I feel like I’m looking at something very far away.

a great shot. I like how the boats line up and gets more misty further away in the back. (don´t know if I got that sentence right. :) )

Wonderful capture. I love those boats in the background which are barely visible through the shroud of fog. Neat ripples on the water too.

Love seeing anything from the beautiful pacific Northwest — We lived in Eugene area OR for 30 years before going fulltiming. We loved visiting Port Townsend and the subtitle of your blog — life in the slow lane — definitely applies (and that’s why we loved it). Now when we go “home” we spend most of our time in the Eugene area and seldom get to our other favorite northwest places. We have to remedy that — maybe next summer.
Thanks for sharing — I ‘ll come back!
