Foggy mornings aren't great for sailing but make great photos
Port Townsend had a short fog season this year. It’s the differential between the warm air and cold water that causes most of our fog. It just never got that warm.
I did get out for most of our foggy mornings to take pictures. This photo was entered in the Northwest Maritime Center’s “On the Water” photography show, which, unfortunately, was canceled this year.

I love the fog and DOF. I got a couple of good pics one early morning last year.
I think Steven King should write a novel about a coastal Victorian sea port with a lot of history and quirky characters
