Wedding Necklace and Earrings

This post is mostly about bragging. My wife, Karen, makes jewelry. She has been selling her work through various galleries around Puget Sound for years. I get called in to make records of some of her pieces from time to time. She recently made this necklace and earrings for a friend’s wedding. The two of them designed it together, so the friend got exactly what she wanted.

I’m proud of Karen’s work. Also, I’m proud to live in a place where getting help from friends is so much a part of the culture. There are so many giving, talented and creative people here. Every once in a while I have to stop and acknowledge my appreciation. Besides, I like doing small scale product photography.
