Horseback on Larry Scott Trail

Larry Scott Trail
I walk more on the Larry Scott Trail than anywhere else in the area. I like the packed gravel surface and the fact that motorized vehicles are prohibited. That doesn’t mean that I don’t have to look out for larger and faster travelers. Bicycles are a continual presence and horseback riders periodically command their share of the trail.

Nice PIC. I have one question. Is the rider in the rear leading the other horse or is the a spare ? LOL

I’d like to be in the spare saddle… the horse looks so nice and relaxed :)

Looks like a great walking trail. I hate it when I have to deal with motorized vehicles when walking a trail. Great photo!

I can only imagine how grand it must be to walk in such a lovely space! Thank you for your visit.

A noise free trail, that sounds great! The brown horse is a beauty!

The young woman rode the horse to the beach, took both horses in the water, then rode the other back.

I’m kinda wondering where the other rider went, lol. Seems every time we hike with our kids we end up veering off onto the horse paths.
