Our friend Elizabeth grew this monster and wanted a photo. This is one enormous beet. I’ve never seen the like, so thought it worth sharing.

That’s kind of scary looking. I like beets but my wife doesn’t so I don’t see them unless we go somewhere that has a salad bar.

That beet would make a LOT of pickled beets.
