4 year olds racing in the Port Townsend Rhododendron Festival Tricycle Race

The 75th annual Port Townsend Rhododendron (Rhody) Festival tricycle race had a good turnout in all age brackets. Some of the very youngest didn’t seem to quite get the concept, but by four, the kids actually raced.
