First Night of Spring in Port Townsend

Port Townsend has lots of great buildings to photograph. One I keep coming back to is the Northwest Maritime Center. I was standing near Point Hudson to take this shot. The classy street lamp doesn’t hurt the picture any.

Dungeness River Bridge

Railroad Park is in Sequim (pronounced skwim), about 45 minutes west of Port Townsend. Sunday Ride

The Port Townsend Bicycle Association sponsors a ride each Sunday morning. This group of riders got separated from the rest. I think there was a misunderstanding about which way to turn on Cape George Road. Since is was such a beautiful day for a ride, it probably didn’t matter.

Port Townsend School of Woodworking

The Port Townsend School of Woodworking, located in Fort Worden offers classes and workshops in multiple aspects of fine woodworking. Here students are cleaning up at the end of a workshop given by Jim Tolpin, author of  numerous books on woodworking and cottage homes.
