This makes three days in a row of fog photos, but we’ve had four consecutive foggy mornings, so I suppose one more picture is okay. I promise the next photo will not be fog related.

Canoeing Point Whitney

Saturday was the warmest day of the year. It actually reached 76 degrees. Woo-hoo! We had the perfect way to spend the day planned, as you can see in this photo. And, yes, our canoe really is tomato red. This was taken at Point Whitney on the Hood Canal just north of Brinnon.

Spiders Get to the Strangest Places

The schooner, Suva docks at the end of a long pier over 100 feet from shore. The spider who wove this web managed to get out to the boat’s bowsprit anyway.
