Found an old paper wasp nest by the side of the road. We took it home and brought it into the greenhouse, expecting all the residents to have already departed. When the nest began to warm up, this wasp began to move. Click photo for larger view.

I’ve been watching this craft being constructed for several months now. It’s a floating boat. The concrete at the bottom of the craft is hollow and supposedly will keep the house floating.
